How worried are you about the court battles that start tomorrow? The SC could rule in favor of Trump and give him 4 more years.

Re: Joe Biden wins the presidency
^The cases will have to go on a state-by-state basis, the Trump campaign will have to win their cases in at least 3 states (& those states can't be Michigan, Pennsylvania, or Georgia, who have all already thrown out their lawsuits), and they'd have to be able to dismiss at least 20,000 ballots in each of those states. Also, if SCOTUS crosses that line, there will be a revolt.

Yep, I came here to say what you did Capt.
Trump sure as hell ain't gonna try to sue to get the ballots tossed out of states that were called on election night (ie, CO, NM, CA, IL)
I think we're more worried about faithless electors.

Even that's not a big issue; he'd only be able to steal 1 state (Georgia) that way. Pennsylvania has a Democratic governor who would appoint electors, & all the other contested states have laws against faithless electors (which a SCOTUS decision strengthened earlier this very year, thinking it would prevent defectors to Biden!).

Looks like Georgia and NC were called exactly as we thought.

At this point I don't think there's any concern Trump won't leave. This is just theater so that his base can choose to feel like he didn't really lose.

^But they're going to use that feeling as ammo to screw over the rest of us.
