Right, so Civ V is possibly an option after the next Steam sale? The base game is hard to go back to, but the complete edition tends to be pretty cheap on sale.

In the meantime, I just remembered that Tabletopia exists. The free version is comparable to a more limited TS where all the games are officially supported, and it looks to me like they've added private/friends-only games to that tier. Even if they haven't, I think we could probably get that effect by just joining someone's game in quick succession. Per having backing from publishers and creators, it has a lot of well-known games that TS doesn't, and a large number of Kickstarter prototypes that aren't out yet.

Less in the spirit of a game night, but still fun, we could also look at another round of Neptune's Pride or their more recent Blight of the Immortals (co-op) and Buccaneers, Bounty, and Boom. (more of a 4x board game)

Didn't have to wait long. Humble has Civ V complete as the beat the average tier in their current bundle. That's $7.40 right now.

^I might, but I'll probably go afk a few times because my house is packed full of people and I'm the one who has to help everyone else do stuff. Anyway, any time should work for me except Tuesday and Thursday nights, some Sunday mornings, and this week in particular's Saturday morning.

Only the host has to own the game. Other players can join in via browser on their phone or PC. I believe Ian hosted last time.
