I already detailed the Marvel Studios presentation in the MCU Megathread. Here's some (most? [all?]) of the other stuff:

--"Star+" will launch as a non-Disney-branded service in some countries, while the "Star" brand will be added to D+ in some other countries (likely to solve the D+ ratings-cap issue like Hulu does in the US).
--ESPN+ content will become accessible through Hulu.
--There will continue to be new 20th Century, FX, and Searchlight content on Hulu.
--It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: renewed through season 18.

--Encanto: animated, set in Colombia, directed by Byron Howard & Jared Bush & Charise Castro Smith, written by Smith, music by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

LUCASFILM
--Obi-Wan Kenobi: set 10 years after Revenge of the Sith, starring Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen will reprise Vader (probably also with James Earl Jones).

No Muppets projects.

Disney has no idea what to do with The Muppets.

Which countries have Hulu? Star? Star+? Here's a handy guide:

Hulu (separate service): USA, Japan.
Hotstar (within Disney+): India, Indonesia.
Star (within Disney+): Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland(?), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland(?), Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.
Star+ (separate service): Mexico, Central & South America.

Kinda sucks to be Andorra, Belarus, Cyprus, Greece, Liechtenstein, Malta, Moldova, Russia, San Marino, Turkey, Ukraine, some of Oceania, most of Asia, or all of Africa.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
