That reminds me, I wonder if that Nintendo Land theme park is anywhere close to done yet. I don't generally have an interest in theme parks despite having some fond childhood memories of them, but I like Nintendo.

i'd really love to go but it would no doubt be too far away from where i live to justify the travel. assuming they even still plan to bring it to the us.

Yeah, I mean, I could never go, probably wouldn't really do it even if I could, but I still like the idea of it being a thing. I am surprised it took this long, really.

btw in the cold I can really feel that nerve damage from the Switch I mentioned before, I guess I'm forcibly done with it for a while. I tied holding it differently but it's unnatural to do so for me.

Docking it kinda takes away half of the appeal but I will probably do that once I can get a Xenoblade pro controller. A lot of people don't know but that's the only one which fixes with pro's imprecise dpad. Such a strange design decision to only do that for a specific, limited edition controller.

Nintendo, man. I don't know what's up with them and odd controller issues this generation.

Here's a review for the controller if anyone is curious:

Totally random but there's an interesting glitch I found in Dark Souls. Not really interesting so much as it was very consistent - I did it like 4 times in a row.

When you reach the Tomb of the Giants, there's a section where there are about 5 or 4 skeleton giants in the dark and there's an ember I think (I didn't pay attention because I picked up the item screaming while trying to avoid the giants) with a petrified blacksmith. There's a ladder leading down to this area, and it's very dark so you need to light up the area.

If you stand at the top of the ladder, two skeleton giants see you and try to attack you. Obviously they can't since you're high up but they still try, walking into the wall swinging their swords. You can descend the ladder a few steps before you can get hit. I once tried to let go and fall on them - instead, I fell straight through the map and fell forever.

I tried again - and it happened again. A third time. A fourth time. It was a really consistent glitch. As far as I'm aware, two giants had to be there and it was when you try to drop on them by letting go of the ladder.

Finally tried Shake Shack now that it's been in Milwaukee for a bit. Really good fast food burger. Dunno if I'd say it's better than In-N-Out but since the closest In-N-Out is probably in like, Texas, it'll do the trick.

Those sound like fake restaurant names for movies to use.

When did Shake Shack come to MKE, and where is it at?

True. Speaking of food, I had some badass jalapeno popper pizza today. Extra jalapenos & bacon.
