well the playoffs definitely did improve things a little bit. for the BCS Championship, the game would be between FSU-Bama and the Rose Bowl would be Oregon-OSU.

clemson outplayed bama for most of the game but bama was able to capitalize on the rare occasion clemson made a mistake

1. Ohio State
2. Notre Dame
3. Alabama
4. Michigan State

2/4 have already win in the new format. If any of then win next year my head will explode.

^ Michigan's third-biggest rival and has a ton of bandwagon fans, I hate 'em a lot too.

used to hate texas and florida a lot more but they haven't mattered enough recently to matter too much

penn state and florida state are almost exclusively up there because they have maybe the two worst fanbases ever

i probably hate rutgers more than any football team though because they've an embarrassment to football and have no reason to be in the big 10

(if you're curious about my basketball list, it's MSU, Duke, OSU, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville, Syracuse, Wisconsin, Florida, Maryland)

It's partly the rivalry, but a lot of it is the "psh, our football is too good to be in a conference LOL".

100% agree with this list. That said, I /will/ root for ANYONE over Clemson and was happy to see Bama take it. Only time you'll ever catch me saying Roll Tide.
